Turkish television channel NTV has released information that an aircraft with Russian prisoners on board has landed in Ankara.
It is emphasized that the plane landed in Turkey for an exchange with the United States.
NTV , in particular, states: "We are broadcasting this event live. The aircraft is visible on the runway."
In addition, it is indicated that the relevant instruments show the approach of another aircraft.

NTV also reports: “Twenty-six people will be exchanged, two of whom are minors.”
The Turkish National Intelligence Directorate will take direct part in carrying out the above-mentioned actions.
It is reported that this agency performs intermediary functions in this situation.
According to the channel, among the persons being exchanged is Evan Gershkovich, a correspondent for the American newspaper The Wall Street Journal.
