The founder and honorary chairman of the Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, spoke about a conversation with former Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
He reported that a high-ranking Western official proposed to Garibashvili to start a war with Russia for three or four days.
