The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has drawn attention to Iran's actions.
The republic is increasing its stockpiles of enriched uranium, the organization's report says.
Iran needs to obtain another 2 kg of uranium enriched to 60% to produce 4 atomic bombs, Reuters reports, citing an IAEA report.
Analysts noted that Tehran is increasing the volume of this resource. According to the latest data, the country's uranium reserves have grown to 813.9 kg.
It is separately noted that 164.7 kg of this volume are suitable for creating weapons. If you add another two kilograms to this amount, you get four atomic bombs.
Attention is focused on Iran following the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh. Tehran has promised Israel retaliation for the death of the radical Palestinian organization's leader.
But Tehran is in no hurry to move from words to deeds. Many analysts believe that Iran will strike Israel at a time when no one expects it.
