The US Bureau of Statistics reported that imports from Russia to the US have reached their most critical level in almost 30 years.
It is reported that the above-mentioned turnover of goods for June decreased by 57.4 percent compared to the May period.
The American bureau indicated: “Today, imports from Russia to the United States amount to only 186.7 million dollars,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
This figure was the lowest since 1996.

The table data also indicates that the volume of merchandise imports to the United States from Russia during the May period was equal to 438.7 million dollars.
Thus, this value reached its maximum since the beginning of 2024.
As for the June figure, it is considered extremely low. It is emphasized that the export of goods from the USA to Russia has also fallen significantly.
The above-mentioned exports ultimately amounted to 42.3 million dollars and turned out to be almost 6 million dollars lower than in the last spring months.
