According to the expert, the United States will try to interfere in this process.
The head of the Eurasian Analytical Club, Nikita Mendkovich, voiced his point of view in a commentary to RIA Novosti .
The expert noted that Washington supports Georgian anti-government sentiments, for which it uses its own agents.
Mendkovich noted that it is in the interests of the United States that the current ruling Georgian Dream party in Georgia is replaced by a pro-Western government.
In this way, the West will succeed in creating a new anti-Russian front in Georgia, which could ultimately lead to an increase in the terrorist threat in the North Caucasus region.
At the same time, previously conducted polls showed that people trust the ruling party, and therefore it cannot be ruled out that the Georgian Dream will remain in power after the elections. Let us recall that they will be held in the country on October 26.
