Dmitry Medvedev spoke about the outrageous behavior of some migrants.

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia called for an end to stories in which foreigners violate the laws and traditions of the Russian Federation.

Medvedev spoke on this topic during a meeting where issues related to migration policy were discussed, TASS reports.

He said that it was time for Russia to put an end to the issue of the outrageous behavior of individual migrants.

The politician emphasized that this is a request from society. A VTsIOM study says that 70% of Russian citizens are in favor of tightening migration legislation, the deputy chairman of the Security Council pointed out.

Medvedev noted that this figure indicates that Russians are tired of the antics of certain representatives of migrant circles.

He added that this issue should be resolved at all levels of government, not just at the federal level.

The politician believes that migrants who do not want to comply with Russian laws and respect traditions and social norms should leave the country.
