Denis Parfenov did not comment on the situation on October 26.
He called the provocative video published on the Internet speculation and fabrication, Izvestia writes.
Parfenov noted that it is not customary in the party to discuss such rumors.
The deputy also did not answer the question about his readiness to resign.
The scandalous recording appeared online in September.
It shows a man allegedly bringing a girl to his office in the State Duma.
After a short conversation, they come closer against the backdrop of the CPRF flag.
After the 10th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Parfenov stated that the party does not comment on speculation and fabrications.
