Deportation of migrants from Russia to be recorded on video

The Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation promises to change its approach to the deportation of migrants and personal reception of citizens.

Now the entire process will be recorded on video.

This decision is aimed at providing additional guarantees for the observance of people’s rights and increasing the transparency of the service’s work, writes the Parliamentary Newspaper .

Video recording will become an integral part of the work of bailiffs.

This will make it easier to document all circumstances and protect the rights of all participants in the process.

The FSSP explained that the entire deportation process will be recorded on video to ensure transparency and objectivity.

Video recording will also be carried out during personal appointments to record the details of the communication.

IP cameras, video recorders, cameras and mobile phones will be used for filming.

All recorded materials will be stored in the archive for a long time.

Video recording, as emphasized, will help to document the circumstances in case of violations.
