The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry spoke about the statements made in the European Commission.
The statements by European Commissioner for Equality Helen Dalli are nothing more than pseudoscience and political speculation.
Maria Zakharova expressed this opinion in a new publication, which she posted on her Telegram channel.
The statements in question concern the rise of gender violence in the West. Dalli linked this phenomenon to the rise of far-left parties, as well as so-called attacks on democracy and a disdainful attitude towards the gender agenda.
At the same time, Zakharova retorted, Dalli’s statements are just pseudoscience, which is sacredly believed in in Europe.
Evidence of this is the gradual increase in cases of violence that may be associated with various kinds of perversions, which continues to be hushed up in the West.
As for skepticism, according to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, it is precisely the manipulation of genders that ultimately creates such problems, and not the other way around.
