Josep Borrell revealed what problems could arise from the new convocation of parliament.

The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy did not rule out that all decisions will now be made much more difficult.

The European politician expressed this opinion in an interview with TVE .

Borrell acknowledged that with the new convocation of the European Parliament, opinions and views on the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza are beginning to diverge.

He noted that the EU is currently heavily affected by military conflicts in which European countries themselves are not participating.

At the same time, Borrell called on Europe to be united, since unity is currently cracking. He recalled Hungary's position and the visits made by the Hungarian Prime Minister.

Borrell also left his comment on these trips. He noted that Budapest's actions do not contradict Brussels' policy, since Hungary is a sovereign country and has the right to visit wherever it deems necessary.
