Another country wants to conclude a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with Russia.
Iran intends to follow North Korea's path in cooperation with Moscow.
Kamal Kharrazi, adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, commented on this topic in an interview with Al-Mayadeen TV channel.
According to him, Moscow and Tehran will sign the corresponding agreement in the near future.
Kharrazi clarified that the document has already been agreed upon and prepared for signing.
The adviser to the head of Iran emphasized that the agreement covers all aspects of bilateral relations between Moscow and Tehran.
Kharrazi added that the document could have been signed in Kazan during the last BRICS summit.
But the Russian side insisted that this document be signed during a separate presidential visit.
Moscow explained this by its desire to thus emphasize the importance of this agreement.
