Leading specialist at the Phobos center, Evgeny Tishkovets, said that Wednesday night was the coldest in the capital since the beginning of July.
According to the weather forecaster, the thermometer at the VDNKh weather station dropped to plus 12.4 degrees Celsius.
In his official Telegram channel, Tishkovets emphasized: “This figure is the lowest since the beginning of the current month.”
A relatively high night temperature of 17 degrees Celsius remained in the center of the capital, as reported by a meteorologist.

The leading specialist of Phobos also noted that today in Moscow we should expect plus 24-27 degrees Celsius. In the region – plus 23-28 degrees Celsius.
Tishkovets emphasized: "The weather is clear and calm, visibility is 20 kilometers. Humidity is 92 percent."
The meteorologist added that the wind will be northerly and will not allow the air to overheat too much.
Atmospheric pressure will reach 748 millimeters of mercury.
