Cyclone Martina is approaching the capital and will hit the city on November 1.
Leading specialist of the Phobos Weather Center Evgeny Tishkovets spoke about this on his Telegram channel.
Moscow will be covered by a North Atlantic cyclone, a weather forecaster warned.
It will cover a distance of 1000+ km and reach the main city of Russia by about 4 a.m. The coming Friday will not please with pleasant weather.
What will Martina bring? Already on the first day of November, the city will receive approximately 50% of the monthly precipitation norm. This is about 27 mm.
Friday's weather will be unfriendly and harsh. It will start to snow wet in the morning. After nine o'clock it will turn into a heavy downpour.
The temperature at night and in the morning hours will be around 0…+3°C. During the day it will warm up to +9°C.
And in the evening in Moscow there will be a strong wind. Its gusts will exceed 20 m/s.
Tishkovets also warned of a sharp drop in atmospheric pressure to 722 mm Hg. This could affect the well-being of weather-sensitive people.
