According to the report, rain and sleet are forecast in Moscow from 9:00 until the end of the day.
Forecasters also warn of possible increased wind speeds, with gusts reaching 15 meters per second.
In connection with this, the Ministry of Emergency Situations issued an emergency warning.
The Ministry calls on residents of the capital to exercise caution in bad weather.
Residents are strongly advised to avoid taking shelter under trees and not to park cars nearby.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations emphasized that following simple recommendations will minimize risks in adverse weather conditions.
