A man accused of settling illegal migrants in the homes of deceased people has been arrested in the Russian capital. TASS reports the details, citing the press service of the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow.
The investigation established that a group of people created conditions for illegal residence of migrants in the city. The accomplices carried out actions to settle foreign citizens in apartments that belonged to deceased people.
According to the press service, the organizer was detained. He was taken into custody for 2 months.
The press service of the Moscow Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee added that in addition to the organizer, his accomplice was detained. He will now be held in custody.
