Sberbank analyzed the growth of housing prices in the capital.
It turned out that in November, prices for Moscow apartments actually fell.
This information was shared by the press service of the financial organization, RIA Novosti reports.
Having studied the statistics of mortgage transactions, the department came to the following conclusions:
- the cost of housing in new buildings in Moscow decreased by 1.3%;
- secondary housing has become 0.3% cheaper.
Thus, a square meter in new buildings began to cost buyers 343.2 thousand. For secondary housing, people now pay 297.6 thousand rubles per square meter.
It is noted that, compared to real transactions, advertisements for the sale of apartments contain significantly more expensive offers.
According to the ads, housing in a new building can be purchased for 396.2 thousand rubles per square meter. And the secondary market is offered for 340.1 thousand rubles.
As noted by Sberbank, the difference between the prices indicated in advertisements and the cost of a primary square meter still remains significant.
For Moscow and other regions of Russia, this figure is fixed at 10.6%, however, there are record holders. For example, in Bashkortostan and the Nizhny Novgorod region, the difference is 26.2% and 21%, respectively.
