Leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Mikhail Leus said that Tuesday will be the hottest day in the capital.
As the meteorologist pointed out, the thermometer could well reach 31 degrees Celsius.
On his official Telegram channel, Leus wrote: “This figure exceeds the norm by approximately 8-9 degrees Celsius.”
It is emphasized that the anticyclone is expected to move to the east.

The meteorologist added: "No precipitation is expected on Tuesday."
In the Moscow region the thermometer will show approximately plus 29-31 degrees Celsius.
According to Leus, a similar situation will be observed in neighboring regions.
It is indicated that a change of anticyclones will be observed on Wednesday. The indicated event will delimit a cold atmospheric front.
However, the weather forecaster says that the warm weather will last until Friday, after which the autumn cold snap will set in.
