The cost of a parking space in new buildings in the capital is breaking all records.
The prices for parking spaces have reached the cost of some apartments.
CIAN analysts reported on the situation with prices, RIA Real Estate reports.
In November 2024, the cost of parking spaces on the primary market reached 2.8 million rubles.
In business-class residential complexes, the average price has reached 3.4 million rubles.
Analysts noted that this amount would be enough to purchase a one-room apartment in Astrakhan, Orel, Smolensk, Izhevsk or another large city in the Russian Federation.
Parking spaces in elite residential complexes are even more expensive – 17.4 million rubles on average.
This money is enough to buy a one-room apartment in any city in the Russian Federation, including Moscow, analysts note.
Experts point out that parking spaces in the capital have begun to rise noticeably in price since the second half of 2021.
Over the past three years, Moscow parking spaces have become 46% more expensive.
