Muscovite wins leather underwear, clothes and dog from ex-husband

The court revealed details of a Muscovite’s claim regarding her partner’s illegal retention of her things.

According to the case materials, the woman sued her ex for all her personal belongings.

She filed a lawsuit in court, demanding the return of her personal belongings, which were being held illegally by her cohabitant, RIA Novosti writes.

The Muscovite said that she would like to get back her Christian Louboutin shoes, flip-flops, leather underwear, jackets and hair dryer, as well as her Yorkshire terrier.

The Russian woman had previously contacted the police, but they refused her. Then she filed a lawsuit in court.

She explained that she met a young man in 2010. Since 2023, they began living together, but often had conflicts.

The young man took the keys to the house where her things were left from a Muscovite. Therefore, the woman filed a lawsuit against the offender.

According to the lawsuit, the Muscovite wanted to get back all of her property, including jackets, dresses, robes, necklaces, shoes, patent leather underwear and hair ties.

She also asked the court to return her cosmetics and sewing machine, clutch and dog named Bella.

The young man did not want to give her things back because of the debt he allegedly owed her.

After a year of legal proceedings, the court considered the Muscovite’s demands to be legitimate and demanded that the property listed in the claim be returned to her.
