Moscow law enforcement agencies reported that a local resident avoided trial after test-driving someone else's Lamborghini.
It is emphasized that the man got behind the wheel of the above-mentioned car and drove out of the car wash, but was detained by traffic police officers.
The police indicate: “A criminal case has been opened against the young man for attempting to own a car without the intent to steal it,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
However, the case never went to trial, as the defendant and the Lamborghini owner signed a settlement agreement.

The court also ruled: “The accused made amends for his guilt by transferring money to the owner of the car, who was recognized as the victim.”
It is also reported that the criminal case under Article 25 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia was terminated.
The reason given is "reconciliation of the parties." The motives for committing the above-described offense are not disclosed.
