Moscow to host traffic police raid to prevent accidents involving pedestrians

The Russian capital pays great attention to road safety.

The Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate will conduct a raid to prevent accidents on the roads involving pedestrians. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate.

It is noted that the raid will last for two days - August 1 and 2, Thursday and Friday, respectively.

According to the press service, during these days, employees will pay special attention to compliance with traffic rules.

It was also noted there that the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate will be engaged in identifying various violations, including those related to crossing the road in an unauthorized place, and stepping onto the road in front of vehicles.

In addition, the officers will conduct discussions with citizens about the rules for complying with traffic regulations.
