They show an unknown man leading a child around the corner of a house located on Stavropolskaya Street.
The media reported that the man had not previously known the boy. An eyewitness intervened and became suspicious.
He approached the man and asked him to let the child go. The unknown man complied and left.
Law enforcement officers noticed the video while monitoring the media and social networks. Investigative operations were initiated.
During the work, law enforcement officers detained a 28-year-old visitor. The native of a neighboring country was taken to a special room for detainees. Investigations are underway.
