An incident involving a married couple occurred in the Moscow region.
The suspect was a neighbor of the couple and allegedly did this because of a parking space.
RIA Novosti reports on the incident. The agency received information about the incident from Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region.
The shooter committed suicide immediately after firing several shots at his neighbors.
Circumstances of the case
The investigation established that the incident occurred in the Moscow region on the morning of October 11.
The 52-year-old suspect lay in wait for a man and woman he knew in the Sheremetyevsky microdistrict of Dolgoprudny and opened fire on them from a weapon he had brought with him.
It is specified that the attacker fired at least five bullets, as a result of which the injured man died on the spot.
His 40-year-old wife was luckier: even with a gunshot wound, the woman found the strength to hide in the forest. After the incident, the victim was taken to a medical facility.
As a preliminary version of what happened, the investigation is working on the assumption that the conflict occurred over a parking space.
