A 35-year-old native of one of the Central Asian countries molested a minor.
Details were reported on Monday, July 8, by the press service of the Russian National Guard.
The incident took place in Balashikha, near Moscow, near the Pekhorka River.
Here, a minor was harassed by an adult man, according to the Russian National Guard website .
The foreigner tried to take the girl to a deserted place and even used force.
A private security officer noticed this and pressed the panic button.
Soon a squad of Russian National Guard officers arrived at the scene.
Law enforcement officers detained the migrant and then handed him over to the police. Investigative officers are currently working with the foreigner.
Earlier in Moscow, a woman was detained who stole icons from a church.
