As specified by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred today in Drozhzhino, Moscow Region.
The boy was playing with a ball on a football field located near residential buildings.
However, the game was interrupted in an unexpected way: an unknown person fired a shot in the direction of the minor. As a weapon, as law enforcement officers assumed, an air pistol or a rifle was used.
The bullet hit the boy in the arm. The medics who arrived at the scene quickly provided assistance to the victim.
The identity of the person who committed the crime is being clarified; he is wanted.
