The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region reported that a child's hair was cut off in the region because of a remark.
It is noted that the teenagers attacked the ten-year-old girl after she asked them not to use foul language.
On its official Telegram channel, the investigative agency wrote: “A child asked teenagers not to swear on the street, but was attacked.”
After the incident, the victim's family contacted law enforcement.
Conflict over swearing
As it later became known, the teenagers cut off a lock of the girl's hair with scissors.
Actions of minors in relation to a child fall under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The article provides for criminal liability for hooliganism.
At present, the case is under continuous monitoring by investigative bodies and forensic experts.
Activities are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
