An incident that took place in Moscow has become known.
Two capital city pharmacists dispensed a dangerous medical drug to addicts without a prescription.
This was reported on the Telegram channel "MVD Media".
As law enforcement officers found out, two owners of capital pharmacies in the south of the city violated current legislation.
Pharmacists sold their customers a drug called pregabalin, which requires a prescription.
Moreover, all transactions were made without a cash register, and the products themselves were sold without packaging, which is why law enforcement agencies also have doubts about the authenticity of the products being sold.
According to preliminary data, the drug was purchased by drug addicts.
It is noted that during the searches, law enforcement officers seized about 300 blisters with pregabalin. The total weight of the seized drug of unknown origin is 1.4 kilograms.
A criminal case has been opened on the incident under the article on illegal trafficking of potent substances.
