The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has released information that the court has issued a verdict against the management of Transnational Bank LLC.
It is indicated that some representatives of the credit institution were noticed stealing funds from the bank and their own client.
In its official Telegram channel, the capital's police stated: "1.6 million rubles were stolen."
It is emphasized that the former chairman of the bank's board of directors was sentenced to imprisonment for 12 years.
The assistant of the said person was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment, the deputy head of the bank – to 5 years of imprisonment.
Fraudulent scheme
It is reported that the defendants acted as part of an organized criminal group in collaboration with the President of the Bank.
In addition, it is known that in 2014-2015, the perpetrators stole funds belonging to the bank.
The amount of the corresponding damage is over 213.4 million rubles. The defendants used the stolen money at their own discretion.
