The Moscow Department of Transport has released information that electric scooter renters in the capital have received 95 thousand fines since the beginning of the season.
It is indicated that the fines were issued in connection with violation of traffic rules.
In its official Telegram channel, the capital's Department of Transport writes: "In addition, 113 thousand accounts of electric scooter users were blocked."
Various violations, including traffic violations, were also given as reasons.
Critical situation
The agency also noted that fines are primarily imposed on users who violate the terms of service.
Systematic and gross violations of traffic rules lead to blocking of user accounts.
In addition, there have been repeated cases where minors have attempted to rent electric scooters.
Today, authorized authorities carefully monitor the correct operation of the specified vehicle.
