An incident that occurred in the Moscow region village of Olkhovka has become known.
A laboratory producing the drug mephedrone was discovered and liquidated in the Moscow region.
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, reported this on her Telegram channel.
A criminal case has been opened on the incident under the article on illegal production of narcotics, and the suspect has been taken into custody.
Circumstances of the case
As the investigation revealed, the perpetrator rented a hangar located in the Moscow region village of Olkhovka.
The rented premises housed a laboratory where the suspect was producing a banned substance called mephedrone, an expert who examined evidence from the premises concluded.
During the operation, together with the Russian National Guard, more than 9 kilograms of unknown crystalline substances were discovered and seized, as well as 250-liter containers containing substances identified as precursors.
