Leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets reported that last night was the coldest of the entire summer.
According to the meteorologist, the weather remained around 9.6 degrees Celsius.
Tishkovets emphasized: “The last time such cold weather was observed at night was about twenty years ago,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
As the weather forecaster pointed out, the air temperature during that summer period was only 8.1 degrees Celsius.

Tishkovets also added that Moscow nights will become significantly warmer this coming weekend.
The thermometer will reach plus 10-15 degrees and remain within the specified limits. The same applies to the Moscow region.
The meteorologist recalled: "In the region, the coldest air temperature at night was observed in Mikhailovskoye. The thermometer showed only plus 5.2 degrees."
As the weather forecaster emphasized, such an indicator is typical for the autumn period.
