Forecaster Alexander Shuvalov spoke about the weather in Moscow on November 23–24.
Saturday and Sunday will be very different from each other, the expert warned.
In a conversation with NEWS.ru, Shuvalov reported that on November 23 there will be wet snow turning into rain at zero temperatures.
Then the south-east wind will change to north-west. After that, the air temperature will go down, and the atmospheric pressure will start to rise sharply.
There will be no rain or snow on November 24. But it will become a little colder. The thermometer will drop to -1…-3°C.
The weather forecaster added that a curious situation was recorded in the capital region.
Moscow saw the usual amount of precipitation. But Mozhaisk and Volokolamsk have already reached the monthly precipitation norm – more than 40 mm.
For reference
Atmospheric precipitation is a phenomenon associated with the presence of water in the atmosphere in liquid or solid state.
