A 27-year-old man was detained in Moscow for attempting to strangle a teenage girl. The details were reported by the Moscow Agency with reference to the press service of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow.
This incident occurred on Tuesday. The scene was the entrance of a building on 6th Radialnaya Street.
It is noted that in the specified place the man attacked a young girl whom he had not met before. He felt hostility towards her, so he began to strangle her.
According to the press service, the minor managed to resist, so the attacker quickly fled the scene.
They also added that a criminal case has been opened. The man was detained. He turned out to be a resident of the Moscow district of Biryulevo. He will soon be charged.
