A man was detained in Orekhovo-Zuyevo after he decided to go to the toilet outside and grab a strange child by the hand. The Moscow Agency reports the details, citing the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region.
An unpleasant incident occurred near a house on Bugrova Street.
It is noted that a local resident contacted the police and reported the man’s illegal actions.
According to the department, the man was relieving himself in the street at the location in question. After a while, he saw an underage girl and then tried to grab her hand, uttering swear words.
It was also noted that the offender was a man born in 1996 who had a criminal record in the past.
It is added that a report was drawn up against the man.
