It is noted that the incident occurred the previous evening on Zhulebinsky Boulevard.
RIA Novosti journalists learned about this from the press service of the capital's Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
A conflict arose between foreign citizens who had gathered at the scene of the incident. The hostile relations between the participants in the conflict escalated into a brawl.
At least 23 citizens took part in it and were taken to the police station.
According to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the brawl.
Law enforcement officers are investigating who else may be involved in the incident.
Criminal cases have been opened against the rest under articles on hooliganism and petty hooliganism.
Moreover, a case has been opened against several defendants for violating the rules of stay in Russia. They face fines of 2 to 5 thousand rubles, as well as subsequent deportation from the Russian Federation.
