Clean windows can make our space more pleasant and cozy.

But it is important to know how to choose the right cloth for cleaning windows and how to carry out the process correctly.

Choosing a material for a rag

You can choose flannel fabrics. They have a porous structure and absorb moisture well.

Flannel cloths are great for removing dirt from windows.

For washing windows, terry cloth wipes are suitable. The terry surface also provides good absorption. These wipes can also be effective for washing glass.

Synthetic suede has a pressed pattern, porous structure and ribbed surface. It helps to effectively remove dirt.

Microfiber cloths have a dense and smooth texture, making them an excellent choice for polishing windows.

Window Washing Rules

Use a spray cleaner. Wipe the glass with clean water before you begin.

In case of heavy contamination, you can first wipe the glass with a soap solution (a sponge works well) and let it run over the entire surface.

When washing windows, it is better to move horizontally. At the end, simply wipe the windows with a microfiber cloth for polishing.

The right detergent

Choose a cleaning product that is specifically designed for glass. It will help to effectively break down dirt and grease.

Apply it to the glass and give it some time to work.

Just remember to use gloves and safety glasses when working with chemicals.
