How often to wash bed linen is a question that many housewives ask themselves.
However, every week people spend at least 50-60 hours in their beds, and this is really quite a lot.
Let's sort out the issue of frequency and cleanliness of bed linen once and for all.
How often to wash clothes
Proper hygiene starts with your bed. And if you remember to change your clothes every day, then the same goes for your bed linen.
It is recommended to wash sheets at least once a week. But this is only if no more than two people live in the apartment.
Cases when laundry needs to be washed more often:
- there are pets in the house that shed heavily;
- you suffer from asthma;
- The summer heat has arrived, causing household members to sweat more often.
If you wash your laundry less often, then after a few days dirt from your body will begin to accumulate on it, and dust mites will begin to multiply, in turn contaminating the laundry with their excrement.
