A visitor to a marketplace pick-up point (PPP) beat up an employee in St. Petersburg.
The details were disclosed by the press service of the regional headquarters of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The incident occurred on Monday, November 4, at the pick-up point, which is located in the village of Shushary.
An employee of the pick-up point contacted the police. She stated that one of the customers had beaten her.
The police responded to this incident. While an investigation is underway, the circumstances of the incident are being established.
A video appeared in the media and Telegram channels showing a woman of heavy build beating a girl near the entrance to the Ozon pick-up point.
According to local media, the conflict allegedly occurred because the pick-up point employee went on break.
The visitor came to shop with her dog on a leash, but this did not stop her from attacking the pick-up point employee, including dragging her by the hair.
The Ozon press service reported that the company does not support aggression in any form of expression.
The marketplace will contact the owner of the pick-up point and the victim to sort out the circumstances of the incident.
