Two residents of St. Petersburg tried to stab a restaurant visitor.
During the trial, the court found both guilty and sentenced them to imprisonment and fines.
The press service of the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office shared this information on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the incident occurred on the night of May 20-21, 2023.
The defendants in the case, Zhukov and Nurakhmetov, were in a restaurant and attacked the victim. First, Zhukov stabbed the victim several times in various parts of the body, after which he handed the bladed weapon to Nurakhmetov, who struck him once.
The instigators of the attack were neutralized by the establishment's security and the visitors who were inside.
As a result, Zhukov received 9 years and six months, and his partner Nurakhmetov received 4 years in a maximum security penal colony.
The victim of the attack remained alive. As compensation for moral damages, he will receive 1 million from the first defendant and 400 thousand rubles from the second.
