An incident that occurred in the Irkutsk region has become known.
An attack was carried out on local council deputy Alexander Kuranov.
RIA Novosti reported the incident with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Irkutsk Region.
