It is noted that this happened on August 5. Workers were dismantling an old pipeline in an industrial building.
At some point, the gas-air mixture ignited. Three people were seriously injured. They received severe burns and died at the scene.
A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the incident. Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
During the work, a legal assessment will be given to the actions of persons responsible for compliance with industrial safety requirements at the facility.
In addition, experts will have to establish the exact cause of the ignition of the gas-air mixture.
