A traffic accident occurred near the city of Lida in Belarus.
It turned out that three Russian citizens were injured in the accident.
The Consulate General of the Russian Federation, located in the regional center of Grodno, wrote about this on its Telegram channel.
According to the agency, the incident occurred on July 3 at around 10:30 am (Moscow time).
As specified in the publication, two citizens of Belarus died in the accident - an 80-year-old VAZ driver and his 77-year-old passenger. The accident occurred because the man driving the domestic car did not give way to the Chevrolet.
Three other participants in the incident, who turned out to be Russian citizens, received injuries of varying severity.
Two Russians, one of whom is a minor, are in a medical facility. It is noted that their lives are not in danger, medical care was provided on time.
The third victim refused hospitalization.
Earlier it was reported that the Consulate General spoke about Russians who remained in hospitals in Antalya after the accident.
