On July 23, investigative actions took place in the Patriot Park near Moscow.
The media linked this to the case of General Timur Ivanov, who participated in the creation of the park. In particular, he oversaw the construction of the main temple of the Russian Armed Forces, which is located on the territory of "Patriot".
However, law enforcement officials denied information about Ivanov’s connection to the case, TASS reports, citing a source in the authorities.
Military investigators arrived in the Moscow region town of Kubinka as part of another case.
It concerns thefts during public procurement. We are talking about damages in the amount of more than 40 million rubles.
It was within the framework of this case that investigative actions were carried out, including with the participation of the park director Vyacheslav Akhmedov.
No other details of the operational activity are provided. The results of the investigative actions have not yet been disclosed either.
