The authorities will pay 2 million rubles to those who provide valuable information about the incident that occurred in the city of Velikiye Luki in the Pskov region.

Police and investigators are looking into the abduction of schoolchildren, which occurred on January 29, 2007.
Unknown persons kidnapped Pavel Matrosov and Valentina Korik, who were 10 years old at the time.
For 17 years now, the police have been unable to establish the names of those involved in committing this crime.
It is noted that 2 million rubles will be paid to those who provide "significant assistance." Calls from citizens are ready to be received around the clock, complete confidentiality is guaranteed.
