A light aircraft SP-32B1 crashed in the Altai region.
The incident occurred in the village of Bystry Istok in the Bystrystok district.
The plane, owned by a private individual, was carrying out agricultural work.
The Eastern Interregional Investigative Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia reported on its Telegram channel that the pilot was distracted by the map and hit a power line with the landing gear.
This resulted in a hard landing on the ground.
As a result of the incident, the plane was damaged. However, the pilot was not injured.
The Russian Emergencies Ministry also reported that a light aircraft crashed near the village of Verkhozernoye in the Altai Territory. There was only a pilot on board.
Based on the incident, investigators and forensic experts are conducting a preliminary investigation to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
