In connection with this, the court decided to suspend the activities of the Inaglinsky mining and processing plant for 90 days.
Circumstances of the case
As the investigation revealed, the management of the mining and processing plant violated the regulations. As a result, the standard support collapsed and the roof sank.
Two workers of the enterprise were found under the rubble after the incident. One of the victims died due to the injuries he received.
It is noted that the causes of the accident and other circumstances of the incident were clarified from the words of eyewitnesses. The resolution has not yet entered into legal force.
