The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, reported that in Kazan a taxi driver attacked his friend in an apartment and killed him.
According to Volk, the identity of the deceased has been revealed; he is a 69-year-old man who was previously acquainted with the suspect.
In her official Telegram channel, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs stated: “Law enforcement officers found and detained the killer.”
It is emphasized that investigative measures are currently being carried out against the criminal. The motive for his crime is being determined.
Attack in the apartment
It is reported that the incident was recorded on Yapeeva Street in Kazan.
The deceased's wife was unable to enter the apartment, so she called law enforcement officers.
Upon arrival at the crime scene, the police established the fact of the victim's violent death as a result of stab wounds.
