A strong storm wind blew up in Kaliningrad.
As a result, a dozen trees in the city were felled.
The head of the Kaliningrad administration, Elena Dyatlova, wrote about the incident on her Telegram channel.
As Dyatlova noted, the hurricane, which was dubbed "Martin," has already caused a lot of destruction and does not seem to be stopping there.
It is noted that at the moment ten trees have fallen under its pressure. As a result, about 10 private cars have been damaged.
For example, a linden tree on Alexander Nevsky Street damaged four cars parked nearby with its fall. On Frunze Street, three cars were buried under a fallen tree.
One vehicle each ended up under fallen trees on Telmana Street and Dmitry Donskoy Street.
According to Dyatlova, all public utilities have been put on high alert. Municipal enterprise specialists will only be allowed home at night, after the aftermath of the natural disaster has been eliminated.
