The search and rescue operation in Nizhny Tagil was completed two days after the incident.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations employees pulled all the victims and the bodies of the dead from under the rubble.
The press service of the Department of Information Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region reported this on its Telegram channel.
A total of 26 people were recognized as victims. Ten of them died. 16 residents of the partially collapsed house were hospitalized. 11 people are undergoing inpatient treatment.
Work continues at the scene of the emergency. At this stage, the rubble is being cleared.
The site of the damaged house was transferred from the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the city administration, and an agreement was signed for the final dismantling.
The Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, ordered an increase in payments to residents who lost their property as a result of the incident from 150 thousand rubles to 500 thousand rubles.
In addition, the municipal administration received funds to purchase new apartments for residents of entrances 1–3.
The Nizhny Tagil administration declared August 3 a day of mourning.
