A 20-year-old cadet of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) Academy was found dead in the apartment she rented.
Law enforcement officials assume that this may be a criminal case.
The girl recorded a dying voice message in which she named those she blamed for her death.
This became the basis for conducting an investigation. Law enforcement officers are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Based on the results of the work, a procedural decision will be made.
